Brown, Mitchell & Alexander, Inc. (BMA) provided extensive master planning services for the construction of a $400 million facility Island View Casino and Resort located in Gulfport, Mississippi. Services include design surveying, and permit coordination for the construction of the casino, hotel and associated improvements (i.e. parking, traffic studies).
