Mr. Linneman is US Navy Veteran, having served for 26 years with the Seabees, fulfilling the role of a senior-level Operations Manager. His experience includes leadership with operations, facilities, training and project management (from design to completion), quality assurance , safety compliance, human resource management, workforce training and development, team building and public relations. 

Throughout his Naval career, Mr. Linneman has successfully completed many advanced professional training schools, undergraduate-level courses and seminars. His education and training have afforded him with a broad and coherent knowledge of organizational and operations and project management, quality assurance and leadership concepts and practices. He has a good understanding of how to identify, analyze, and solve problems with a foundation of analytical and administrative business concepts and decision models that support the variety of management roles this industry requires.
