BMA provided professional services for the construction of a marina basin and development. The project required extensive coordination with permitting agencies because of the potential impacts to sensitive wetlands. Over 350,000 cubic yards of material was excavated to create the marina basin and a 700-foot long access channel to the Bay St. Louis . In addition to the marina construction, more than 2 miles of access roads, water and sewer service, and electrical utilities were installed to complete the facility.

BMA has worked at the property since the early 1990’s providing a variety of engineering, surveying and regulatory related services for facilities, including the early gaming barge, hotel / gaming expansions, parking areas, access roads, utilities, and the golf course.
