Janette is the Office Manager in our Biloxi office and the lead Specification Technician with experience in a wide range of civil engineering projects. She is familiar with the proper writing format of specifications and procedures for projects with various funding sources. She assists the engineering staff in the development of clear, concise contract documents and technical specifications while meeting project regulations and milestones. She is familiar with multiple software used by local, state, and federal agencies for project administration, including MDOT’s Site Manager.

As Specification Technician, she is responsible for all aspects of contract document production, coordination of the bidding process with the owners, engineers and contracts and aids the Project Engineers with contract administration through project completion and closeout. As the Biloxi Office Manager she handles all aspects of the office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
