Kevin is a Project Manager whose role involves overseeing projects from conception to completion, performing construction administration services for projects designed by other team members and coordinating schedules for BMA Resident Project Representatives (RPR) on various BMA construction projects. He started at BMA shortly after Hurricane Katrina and began working on several large Infrastructure and Private Development projects where he became knowledgeable on coordinating with FEMA/MEMA, MS Department of Environmental Quality, MS Department of Health, MDOT and other state and federal agencies. A large portion of this coordination was while providing project management services to the Hancock County Utility Authority for the design and construction of over $100 million Gulf Region Water & Wastewater Projects that were funded through Community Development Block Grants.
Along with project management services, Kevin has managed the design teams and construction administration services for the development, design and construction of multiple recreational complexes and fishing piers. These projects include the Gulfport Sportsplex Expansion, the Pascagoula Sportsplex, Deer Island Pier, and the Lake Mars Fishing Pier.
