As part of the on-going beachfront improvements associated with the Beachfront Promenade, the City of Pascagoula selected Brown, Mitchell & Alexander, Inc. (BMA) to provide professional engineering services to develop conceptual plan for access improvements to Beach Park from Beach Blvd. access to the Pier and related amenity improvements around the pier.
Tasks included coordination for review of plans with Jackson County as it relates to access and maintenance of existing beach; preparation of a re-striping layout plan to allow for development of protected bike lane consistent with Phase 2 of the Promenade Project currently under construction; topographic survey; preparation of construction documents and bidding assistance. Construction administration, utilization and observation services. A sub-consultant will be utilized for landscaping improvements and proposed amenities.
