Brown, Mitchell & Alexander, Inc. (BMA) is currently working as a member of a design team with Eley Guild Hardy Architects (EGH) to provide professional engineering services for the design and construction of the MGCCC Nursing School and Simulation Center located at the Tradition Learning & Wellness Commons campus.
Due to our long history with the Tradition Developer and familiarity with the site, BMA was involved with the preliminary stages of this project before final planning began. In addition, our project management capabilities and our environmental expertise provided the necessary coordination efforts with MDA to approve the NEPA document for this project which led to the release of funding and in turn, kept the project on schedule.
